The Service relies on a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser-storage entries to operate. These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. They include entries that maintain your authenticated session after login, manage security tokens, and enable core platform features. They do not require your consent. They are set by LOYAI and by Firebase (Google LLC), which provides our authentication infrastructure, and persist only for the duration of your session or, where required for persistent login, until you sign out or the relevant token expires.

For platform analytics we use Vercel Analytics (operated by Vercel, Inc.), which is a cookieless and privacy-focused analytics solution. Vercel Analytics does not place persistent identifiers on your device and does not track you across other websites; it collects aggregate page-view data so that we can understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Service. Because no personal identifiers are stored on your device for this purpose, no consent banner is required to operate it under current Finnish guidance on the ePrivacy Directive. We may use additional cookies or similar technologies in the future as the Service develops. Where any new technology requires consent under applicable law, we will update this policy and seek your consent before deploying it.

Some entries on the Service may be set by third parties — most notably Google LLC in connection with Firebase authentication and App Check, and (where you complete a payment) Stripe, Inc. in connection with payment processing. LOYAI does not control the entries set by third parties and is not responsible for their content or functionality. Third-party storage is governed by the privacy and cookie policies of the respective third parties, which we encourage you to review. The presence of a third-party entry does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with that third party beyond the service relationship described in this policy.

If you choose to sign in using a third-party identity provider — for example “Sign in with Google” — that provider will set its own authentication cookies on your device as part of completing the sign-in flow. Those cookies are set and read directly by the provider on its own domain and are governed by that provider's privacy and cookie policies. LOYAI does not have access to or control over them.

You may manage or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to refuse some or all cookies, clear local storage, or be alerted when a cookie is set. Disabling strictly necessary entries will impair or prevent use of the Service — for example, you may be unable to remain signed in. Where any future change to the Service introduces non-essential tracking that requires consent under applicable law, we will present an in-product control through which you may accept, decline, or update your preference at any time.

We reserve the right to update this Cookie Policy at any time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
